All orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing (excluding weekends & bank holidays) we try to ship same day on orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday).
Shipping is FREE on all orders over £20, this is a Royal Mail to be signed for service, this is not a tracked service. This service shows if the item has been delivered or a delivery has been attempted. Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days* to arrive.
All orders below £20 will incur the following charges:
Via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which normally takes 1-3 business days* to arrive once dispatched and costs £4.95. This is not a tracked service this service shows if the item has been delivered or a delivery has been attempted.
IMPORTANT: ROYAL MAIL DO NOT ALWAYS LEAVE A ‘WHILE YOU WERE OUT’ CARD SO PLEASE CHECK THE ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE FOR UPDATES ON YOUR PACKAGE. IF PACKAGES ARE SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT COLLECTED FROM THE LOCAL POST OFFICE, WE CHARGE A RESHIPPING FEE OF £4.95.
Next Day delivery– We also offer the option of having your item delivered by Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day before 1.00pm*) Available Monday to Thursday orders must be placed before 12 noon. Orders placed on a weekend or after the cut off time will be posted the next working day. This service costs £8.95 and is a fully tracked service.
